We have 3 different levels of membership: Premium, Pro, and Club

#3 – Club Membership ($9.95/week) includes access to 1 of our 3 generic training programs (5-10K, 10-21K or 21-42K. You choose your program – and if it’s the wrong starting point you can change it at any time.

Fortnightly Phone/WhatsApp call with your First42K coach (on athlete initiation). This call is an opportunity to help you stay accountable to your training and to ask your First42K coach questions around your training.
Individualised running and strength programming – tailored to your lifestyle, ability, and goals.
Direct access to First42K coaches via WhatsApp voice messaging and messaging – response time within 24 hours.
Race planning consultancy and goal mentorship (1-1 Phone call with your coach prior to your race).
✅ A 30-minute phone kick-off call to get you started. In this kick-off call your coach will discuss your training background, injury history, short and long-term running goals, etc.
✅ Personalised training periodisation, centred on race day performance.
✅ Access to the Final Surge app – a dynamic online training platform with integrated Strava compatibility.

PREMIUM & PRO MEMBERS ONLY Exclusive Content:
✅ #1 – Nutrition module by Sports Dietitian Chloe McLeod, answering all your nutrition questions. E.G. What to eat before your long run, what to eat after training, how to hydrate effectively etc.
✅ #2 – Recovery module that includes Mobility and Myofascial Release, Spikey Ball, and Foam Roll videos.

ALL MEMBERS:

✅ Fortnightly Live Team Q and A session hosted by a First42K coach every other Tuesday night at 7 PM AET discussing different topics. E.G. Strategies to help you stay motivated and perform at your best in winter.

PRO ($49p/w) *Minimum three months commitment.

✅ This membership offers all the features of the Premium membership, except for the fortnightly one-on-one call with your First42K coach and pre-race phone call with your coach. However, you still have direct access to First42K coaches via WhatsApp voice messaging and messaging, and a one-time 30-minute Zoom call to get you started!

As a PRO member, you’re also given the opportunity to purchase 1-1 consultations with a First42K coach if you don’t want to lock into a fortnightly 1-1 call, but want a 1-1 call when you need it e.g., Prior to your race.

The most common goal people have when it comes to running is to achieve their first 5K which usually progresses into 10K, half marathon, and then their first marathon. This why we’ve created 4 different training generic programs; 0-5K (which is FREE to get you started running), 5-10k, 10-21k, and 21-42k, to help you fall in love with running!

No! We understand that everyone has different goals when it comes to running and we are here to help you make those goals a reality.

 If you are training with us under our Premium or Pro membership which are our tailored training memberships, you can target any goal you want! Maybe you’ve already run a marathon and now want to continue your journey forward into the ultra-marathon world…A 50-mile, 100km, or even 100-mile race? Or maybe you’re getting back into running after an extended break, and your goal is to achieve a PB for your second half marathon …whatever your goal is, we are with you every step of the way to help you achieve it!

Don’t let our name ‘First42K’ confuse you… if it’s not on your bucket list to run a marathon, you never have to run a marathon with us! And if you’ve already run a marathon and you’d like to run another one for a PB, you’re just as welcome to join our inspiring and thriving community as anybody else!

As a First42K Club Member, you can pause your subscription 2 times per year, for a maximum of 4 weeks in total. If you need to pause your membership for longer than 4 weeks for any reason, you can cancel your First42K Club membership anytime.

As your Premium or Pro membership requires a 12-week minimum commitment, your circumstances will be heard and we can put your membership on hold until you’re able to return to running,

If you are going on holiday and want to take a break from First42K, we understand! We highly encourage you to keep some level of training up if you can, so that when you return to First42K at the same level, you’re not at a greater risk of sustaining injury.

We suggest you see a Health Care Practitioner and follow their advice. You can pause your membership with us and take the time you need to recover. See conditions above.

We are confident that our Half Marathon Program (Club membership) will help you achieve a personal best, particularly if the last time you ran a half marathon you did it without following a program written by a running coach.

It is highly likely that some of the training methods and sessions in our program will be different from what you have experienced before, which will result in you becoming stronger and faster, increasing your likelihood of achieving a personal best.

If you are concerned that our generic half marathon program won’t be supportive, our Premium or Pro membership is completely tailored to you; your training background, injury history, goal time, etc, and will be a better option. You can try it out with a 2 week FREE trial to make sure you love it!
